Our 2021 Fundraiser is a 50/50 Raffle.  Monies raised will go toward the purchase, renovation and furnishing of Summit House.

The winner of the 50/50 raffle will take 50% of all monies raised.

Our goal is to raise a minimum of $15,000.

The raffle ticket is only $10 and the more tickets you buy the more you help to support Summit’s mission to provide transitional housing to young women and end homelessness!

Ticket prices

  • 1 ticket for $ 10
  • 3 tickets for $25 

Each ticket gives you one chance to win the raffle prize.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

  • In the "Write a note (Optional)" - section, Indicate the number of tickets you are purchasing
  • Payment can be made via PayPal or Credit/Debit card

By Check

  • Make check payable to Summit CDC for the number of tickets you are purchasing.
  • Write your phone number on the top of the check
  • Record in memo section of check, the number of tickets you are purchasing
  • Mail check to: Summit CDC, P.O. Box 201445, Shaker Heights, OH 44120

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Online payments - tickets will be sent electronically to purchaser

Payments by check - tickets will be sent to purchaser by USPS mail.

ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT SUMMIT? 

Straight donations are welcome on-line via the website or by check.
